FUNDING SOURCES

A Major Repair and Renovation (MRR) Grant from the state of Georgia is the source of half of our funding for our library's renovation.  MRR grants provide matching funds for the essential repair and renovation of public libraries. The grants leverage local and state funds for projects that will extend the life of a facility by a minimum of 10 years.

Hog Hammock Public Library receives no local or state funding, so the matching half of our renovation funds is from private donations. We are grateful for the many generous people and organizations who are making our renovation project possible. If you'd like to make a donation, it's not too late. Click HERE for more information.
